4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful delivery, you agree to:

• provide accurate information and timely access to required data/systems
• assign a point of contact for approvals and feedback
• review deliverables within agreed timeframes

Delays in inputs may shift timelines.

5. Fees, Billing & Payments

• Fees are as outlined in the proposal/SOW or invoice.
• Payments are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may pause work and/or incur reasonable late fees where permitted.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property (IP)

Unless otherwise stated in the SOW:

• We grant you a license to use final deliverables for your internal business purposes.
• We retain rights to our pre-existing materials, templates, frameworks, and know-how.
• We may showcase anonymized, non-confidential elements as portfolio examples unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential and will not disclose it except:

• to authorized vendors who need it to provide services (with appropriate safeguards), or
• as required by law

You agree to keep our confidential materials confidential as well.

9. Data & Security

We implement reasonable safeguards; however, you acknowledge no system is fully secure.
If we process any client-provided business data, it is used only for service delivery and governed by applicable agreements and this site policy.

10. Disclaimers

Our services provide professional guidance and analytics insights, but:

• we do not guarantee specific outcomes (rankings, regulatory approval, risk elimination, profits, etc.)
• decisions based on deliverables remain your responsibility

If termination occurs:

• fees for work performed up to termination remain payable
• deliverables completed up to that point will be provided upon payment

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Madhya Pradesh will have jurisdiction unless the SOW states otherwise.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update Terms from time to time. Continued use indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
